It is a late April afternoon, in the middle of the fields of Alto Alentejo. Flowers and a multitude of colours invade the fields. The vines began to burst some days before, and already show the flowers that will flourish in some weeks, turning in to grapes in a few months. The temperature is mild and there is no wind. The magnificent yellow sun approaches the horizon, in-between cork and holm oaks. In this hilly area, the curves of the shadows move along the curves of the hills. In this particular moment, the shadow was only a few meters and seconds of reaching me, with the last sun rays hitting the new vine leaves. I'm on the edge of light, in this place and at this time.
